| We’ve been preparing for months, and now the time has finally come! This Saturday (YES, tomorrow!) we’re making our final transition to Isagenix. Here are a few more reminders to help you ease into transition (and your weekend) without any stress or worries: |

| Use the Member Integration Checklist to learn what you can do to make your transition easy. Make sure you verify your email address, update your mailing address, and use any remaining coupons on your account (the deadline for coupons is July 10!). |
| Remember that the Member Back Office and Zija website will be closed from July 11-12 as we transition. During this time, you will not be able to shop for or purchase product or access your account. Customer Care will not be able to help you place an order either, as everything will be temporarily shut down. |
| Download any important documents you need from your Member Back Office, like documents from the library center, order history, etc. |
| Make sure you and your Customers have all your orders processed by midnight ET on July 10. As a reminder, volume for products has changed and active status with Isagenix requires 100 BV in qualifying sales during the previous 30 days. To see Zija products and their new BV assignments, click here for the U.S. and here for Canada. |
| Get familiar with updated pricing on your favorite Zija products as they join the Isagenix catalog. |

| EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR FAVORITE PRODUCTS |
| If you have an Autoship with Zija products that have been discontinued, we have you covered and will replace them with the most similar Isagenix products available. We hope you love them! |
| If you have a Zija bundle on your Autoship, you will continue to receive the individual items in that bundle a la carte (without bundle pricing) after transition. Any Zija product that was part of a bundle but is no longer available after transition will automatically be removed from your Autoship. |
| We have a whole list of Zija products with comparable Isagenix products to help you find more of what you love. |
| INTEGRATION JULY 13TH 12 PM ET |
| At 12 pm ET July 13, you’ll be able to log in to your Isagenix Back Office using your Zija ID and password. There, you’ll see your account info. Please take time to look this over and ensure everything is correct. |
| Update your username and password, and then you’re in! Revisit the Member Integration Checklist to finish the last few items in the post-integration section. |
| Be sure to save your username and password. This is how you will log in to your Isagenix Back Office moving forward. It’s also the username and password you will use in the IsaLife™ app. Download it now so you’re ready to go on July 13! |
| If you want to log in to your Zija Member Back Office after July 13, it will have limited read-only access to ensure visibility to everything you need. |
| Upon successful Customer integration, you will have a US$10 coupon on your account to use as a gift from us to you. |
| Distributors will receive an automatic 10% off their first Lifestyle Rewards (Autoship) of 100 BV or more if processed by 8/31/2020. |
