What do these ranks mean? While there are only four pay ranks, Isagenix uses Star Ranks for Recognition. The first Star represents how many times you are cycling each week, the second Star indicates how many personally enrolled Executives you have. The Silver Circle represents Consultants, Managers, and Directors. The Golden Circle indicates Executives and Platinum.
