This is a heads-up that we’re finalizing the Isagenix/Zija merger now through July 13.
About a year ago, we welcomed Zija Members into the Isagenix family. We offered the Pathway to Isagenix so motivated Zija Members like you could continue growing their business. You’ve done a fantastic job adapting to the changes and learning our products, and we’re so happy to have you here.
However, as we head further into 2021, this transition period is coming to an end. Here are some key dates you need to know so your remaining Zija team members can successfully migrate to Isagenix.
KEY DATES
- July 5: The Pathway to Isagenix will discontinue. The Zija login for the Back Office will go away. Zija Members who haven’t completed the Pathway to Isagenix will have their accounts terminated. Terminated accounts will be removed from your Sales Team
- July 13: The US/CA$29 Isagenix annual membership fee will be automatically processed using the credit card on file for Zija Members who have completed the Pathway to Isagenix. Members who receive business volume from international markets must renew their International Sponsorship under the Orders tab in their Back Office
NEXT STEPS
Please check that your account is up to date. Then, encourage any team members who came from Zija to 1) complete the Pathway to Isagenix and 2) update their payment information so their annual membership fee can be automatically processed. This will ensure these Members stay part of your Sales Team.
All Zija Members who do not complete the Pathway to Isagenix by July 5 will lose their status as a Zija Member/Isagenix Independent Associate.
You can reach out to these former team members to re-enroll them in your business. However, keep in mind that:
- We will not provide a Member contact list
- Other Isagenix Associates can also enroll these former Zija Members to their team
