Hello, former Zija Member,
You may have recently received an email about the 1-year anniversary of the Zija transition. We’d like to take a moment to clarify how your account may be affected with important dates to remember.

Please note: Members with active Lifestyle Rewards will maintain their accounts and be able to order products at the lowest price available!
CUSTOMERS
Who Have Placed Orders
All Preferred customers who have ordered since July 13, 2020 will be automatically renewed on July 13, 2021. There is no cost for a Preferred Customer renewal. No action is needed on your part.

Have NOT Placed Orders
All Customers who transitioned over from Zija and have not placed any orders since July 13, 2020, nor completed the Pathway to Isagenix will have their accounts automatically terminated on July 13, 2021. These accounts will be removed from the Isagenix system.
ASSOCIATES
Completed the Pathway to Isagenix
Associates who have completed the Pathway to Isagenix will automatically have their membership renewed on July 13. The renewal fee will be charged to their card on file (See fee chart below). No action is needed.

Have Not Ordered nor Completed the Pathway
Associates who haven’t placed any orders since July 13th, 2020, nor completed the Pathway to Isagenix will have their accounts automatically terminated on July 13, 2021, and removed from the Isagenix system. Through July 13, they have the option to contact Customer Care at 1.877.877.8111 to complete the Pathway to Isagenix.

Have Ordered but Did Not Complete the Pathway
Associates who haven’t fully completed the Pathway to Isagenix but have placed Lifestyle Rewards orders since July 13th, 2020, will have their membership automatically renewed on Aug. 13, 2021. The renewal fee will be charged to their card on file (See fee chart below). Contact Customer Care at 1.877.877.8111 with any questions.

Associates who haven’t fully completed the Pathway to Isagenix and have placed wholesale orders (but not Lifestyle Rewards orders) will not have their membership automatically renewed. Through July 13, they have the option to contact Customer Care at 1.877.877.8111 to complete the Pathway to Isagenix.

International Sponsorships
Associates who migrated over to Isagenix were given International Sponsorships for one free year. To continue with this benefit and avoid any disruptions to your account, opt into the International Sponsorship for a fee in your Back Office by July 20.
