| ISA FOUNDATION |
| The ISA Foundation donated 1,000 bags (14,000 servings) of IsaKids® Super Smoothie and 500 shaker cups to the Boys & Girls Clubs of the East Valley through our partnership with One for Health Foundation, one of our ISA Foundation grant partners. The Boys & Girls Clubs took the donation to its administrative office in Phoenix, where it will split everything into bundles to distribute to various club sites in operation this week. While Isagenix originally committed to donating over $200,000 in products, we’ve surpassed that goal. As the need expanded, so did the giving. Since March 10, we’ve donated products with a retail value of $1.25 million to nonprofits in Arizona, Tennessee, Florida, Pennsylvania, Nevada, District of Columbia, Illinois, and Canada. |

| All orders are now shipping from Isagenix Warehouses. We’re not immune to the disruptions we’re all experiencing in our day to day. This unfortunately includes two-to-three-day delays in shipping. In hard-hit areas like the Northeast, those delays may increase. You and your team will get an email when your Lifestyle Rewards order is on its way, helping to give you our best shipping estimates. Remember, many businesses and commercial addresses are no longer accepting packages, so be sure to update your delivery address to your home address. |

| To stay true to our commitment to the health and safety of our employees and Customers, we have decided to temporarily close Zija will call . All orders that were placed for pickup at Zija headquarters in Lehi, Utah, will be shipped to the Customer address we have on file. The shipping fee for orders placed yesterday will be waived. Shipping fees for all orders placed beginning today can be found in your Back Office. These reduced hours will remain in effect until further notice as we continue to monitor the situation. |
