| It’s transition weekend! Here’s everything you need to know and a few things you can do to prepare for when we come out on the other side. (Can you believe this is the last time we’re going to say that?!) |
| Remember that the Zija Member Back Office is shut down today and tomorrow starting at 11:59 p.m. MT to prepare for the full transition and will return July 13 with read-only access. On Monday July 13 at 12 p.m. ET, you can set up your Isagenix account by visiting Backoffice.Isagenix.com and then completing the Pathway to Isagenix. Remember you’ll need to have your Zija Username and Password ready when you first log in at Isagenix. |
| Zija Customer Care will be closed this Saturday and Sunday. However, starting Monday you can contact Isagenix for all of your customer service needs. Call us at 1-877-877-8111 or email us at [email protected]. Plus, we’re extending our Isagenix Customer Care hours to support you and your teams this upcoming week! We’ll be open Monday July 13 to Friday July 17, from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. (AZ time). |

| COMMISSIONS |
| Curious about how you’ll receive your commission checks? We accept ProPay (you can pay with this method), but Isagenix will pay out via IsaWallet® or direct deposit. When you go through the Pathway to Isagenix, it will automatically take you to IsaWallet. Prepaid IsaWallet cards will be mailed to North American Members upon the first IsaWallet payment. These generally arrive within two weeks. The first commission payout with Isagenix will be for the period of July 13-19 and paid July 27. ProPay commissions that are already paid will stay with ProPay indefinitely and will not transfer to IsaWallet. We encourage you to cash out your ProPay account. |
